Linyi worked as a holistic health consultant in the Boston area from 1998 to 2012. 

She lived in Taiwan from 2012 to 2019 and while there she was involved in a Christian ministry, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with young professionals through books and films.

Linyi's work is informed by her Chrsitian faith, her training in social work and coaching, her personal experience with life's difficult transitions and professional experience helping her cliens through challenging times.
